Glyphosate Is Genotoxic – It Damages DNA


Speaking today at a scientific briefing in London organized by the Soil Association, Prof Christopher Portier declared: “Glyphosate is definitely genotoxic. There is no doubt in my mind.” Prof. Portier is one of the co-authors of the recent report by the World Health Organisation’s International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), which determined that glyphosate is a probable carcinogen. And first, he didn’t like George having so many tracks. He wanted it to be more a group thing, which really means more Paul. So he never liked that album, and I always preferred it to all the other albums, including Pepper, because I thought the music was better. The HPV Vaccine Scandal


“I predict that Gardasil will become the greatest medical scandal of all times,” said Dr. Bernard Dalbergue, who worked for the drug company Merck, in the April 2014 issue of the French magazine Principes de Santé (Health Principles).

“At some point in time, the evidence will add up to prove that this vaccine has absolutely no effect on cervical cancer and that all the very many adverse effects which destroy lives and even kill, serve no other purpose than to generate profit for the manufacturers,” Dr. Dalbergue continued. “There is far too much financial interest for these medicines to be withdrawn.” Read more of this post

Why Finland Has One Of The Best Education Systems In The World


In 2000, a standardized test given to 15-year-olds across the globe revealed Finnish youth were the best young readers in the world. Three years later, they led in math. By 2006, Finland was first out of 57 countries in science. While their ranking has slipped in recent years, Finland’s education model is remarkable.

Unlike our floundering education system, there is only one mandated standardized test in Finland, at the end of students’ senior year in high school. There are no rankings, no comparisons or competition between students, schools or regions. Read more of this post

The Environmental Working Group Action Fund found that four brands of children’s crayons out of 28 boxes tested – Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Power Rangers and Mickey Mouse – along with two of 21 children fingerprint kits contained asbestos. How French Fries Can Change Our Brains
