Newsweek Magazine’s Devious Attack on Organic Food by a GMO Lobbyist

Newsweek recently published “The campaign for organic food is a deceitful, expensive scam.” So first of shame on Newsweek for publishing such blatant propaganda. Extracts to come later. Now as to the author of this hit piece, Henry I Miller. Miller has a long history of arguing for deregulation of hazardous products.  He has claimed nicotine “is not particularly bad for you,” argued that low levels of radiation may be beneficial to health, and has repeatedly called for the re-introduction of the insecticide DDT.

Hawaii’s Fake Missile Attack, Dr. Strangelove, The War Game, and America’s “Nazi” Radiation Experiments

Around 8 am on Saturday morning last week virtually all the mobile phones in Hawaii lit up with a warning of an impending ballistic missile attack. We often get beeping warnings on our phones for flash flooding in the islands, so when my phone went off I didn’t even bother looking. Then friends started calling. I immediately though it was either a hoax or hack as couldn’t find any info on the web, plus there were no siren warnings.
